We have updated our operating procedures to prioritize health and safety
Today Living Group has always maintained stringent cleaning policies in our short term furnished suites and long-term unfurnished leases, however with the emergence of COVID-19 we have updated our procedures in order to prioritize high health and safety standards for our valued guests, tenants and our staff.
We continue to follow and implement the guidelines as set out by Toronto and Ontario Public Health units and will make decisions as per their directions.
Most of our office staff are working from home or with limited office schedules to comply with physical distancing in our spaces. Any staff that are in office are provided with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and are encouraged to follow recommendations on hand hygiene. We have also increased the frequency and level of cleaning in our office spaces.

Virtual Tours & Viewings
We continue to offer photos, floor plans and videos upon request for any future booking. Our property profiles for our furnished suites outline the suite features and contents.
Interest in our unfurnished rentals are treated similarly. Prospective tenants can view vacant properties in person as well as virtually with photos of the complete suite along with floor plans.
We do not require in office signing of any of our accommodation agreements, lease agreements or other documents including our welcome information detailing important suite and building information. Everything is completed via email and signed digitally along with our secure online credit card payment system.
Contactless Check in/out
All of our properties and locations allow for contactless check in and check out of the suites. Key pick up is arranged via building security or as otherwise stated in your arrival/welcome email.
Upon arrival TLG is providing all guests with a free starter welcome package. This includes a variety of snacks (coffee, tea, granola, chocolate and juice), also some pantry foods such as pasta, sauce, popcorn and peanut butter. We are providing extra soap and paper products including toilet paper, paper towels and shower/bath products and laundry and dishwasher soap. We also will provide some masks, gloves and hand sanitizer in efforts to keep all of our guests safe and comfortable. If grocery service is required, feel free to contact our team to make those arrangements!
Cleaning & Housekeeping
Currently our weekly and biweekly housekeeping services are suspended to protect our staff and our clients from potential additional germs. Upon a guest departure, our housekeeping staff will enter no earlier than 5 days after to complete an extremely thorough departure clean following Health Canada’s guidelines on disinfectants and antibacterial cleaners. This means there are at minimum 5 days between reservations.
24/7 Emergency Service
We are always available for emergencies (fire, flood, no power, no water, lock outs) and will arrive with full PPE to address any emergency concerns. This also includes repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing). Any other non-emergency concern can be handled over email or phone with our guest services team.
Condo Amenities & Shared Spaces
Currently most condominium amenities and shared spaces (gym, pool, party room) are closed to limit exposure and follow the guidelines as set out by our local and provincial health experts. However, as things are constantly changing it is best to speak to on-site security staff for your specific building rules and regulations.
