Since September 11th, 2001 the insurance industry has gone through a huge change which has not only effected rates for insurance but also coverage amounts as well as availability. As part of our program we will arrange insurance on your behalf through our preferred company policy. This coverage includes five (5) million dollars liability as well as content insurance covering all items not included in the Condominium Corporations Policy as a reduced "bulk" rate.
